Escort and Massage Advertising

Escort and Massage advertisements posted on The Men of Palm Springs must agree to the following:

(1) I am twenty one years of age or older.

(2) I acknowledge The Men of Palm Springs is not an escort or massage service and does not participate in providing any of the services of massage or escorting.

(3) The Men of Palm Springs reserves the right to cancel or edit my advertisement at any time for improper content without notice.

(4) I am posting my advertisement of services in the Massage or Escort section of The Men of Palm Springs.

(5) I will not solicit my services to other members unless I am contacted first All correspondence with The Men of Palm Springs members must be in direct response to a member's request.

(6) Unlike The Men of Palm Springs standard member profiles, I will be allowed to post personal information (email address, phone number, pager number, etc.) in my advertisement. I may not promote any website other than the one directly connected to my services.

(7) The Men of Palm Springs is not liable, in any way, for any or all actions which may arise out of my placing this advertisement or responding to replies from the same.

(8) The Men of Palm Springs is not responsible or liable for any loss of revenue or damages which might arise out of a technical problem with The Men of Palm Springs site.

(9) This agreement shall remain in place between me and The Men of Palm Springs, as long as my advertisement is currently active. This agreement may be updated and amended at any time .

(10) I agree to the terms and rates set forth by The Men of Palm Springs.

(11) All cancellations will take effect at the end of the advertising agreement.
