If you successfully sign on but return to the Logon page when you try to view a profile you must 
    update your browser to accept session cookies.


    Internet Explorer users please follow these steps:

  1. Open a browser window
  1. Select "Tools" then "Internet Options ..."
  1. Click on the "Privacy" Tab
  1. Click on the button labeled "Advanced"
  1. Check the select box for Override automatic cookie handling then make sure "Always allow session cookies" is checked.

    At this point you can deselect "Override ..." if you choose.
  1. Click OK
  1. Click OK again
  1. Now close this browser window and open a new one.
    You should now be able to Logon and view profiles.
