If you successfully sign on but return to the
Logon page when you try to view a profile you must
update your browser to accept session cookies.
Internet Explorer users please follow these steps:
- Open a browser window

- Select "Tools" then "Internet Options ..."
|
 |
- Click on the "Privacy" Tab
|
 |
- Click on the button labeled "Advanced"
|
 |

Check the select box for Override automatic
cookie handling then make sure "Always allow session cookies" is checked.
At this point you can deselect "Override ..." if you choose.

- Click OK
|
 |
- Click OK again
|
 |

Now close this browser window and open a new one.
You should now be able to Logon and view profiles.
